About
Our founder, Martel Francois was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where he studied law at John Jay College, however, his passion was in the fashion industry. He started his own lifestyle-consulting firm in 2008 which focused on creating the ultimate lifestyle experience for his clientele. Martel has worked with athletes, politicians and several major brands. In 2017, Martel started “The Look Good Feel Good Program”.
The program looks to educate urban youth on the importance of being the best version of themselves. Martel has always strived to impact as many lives as he can and ultimately be a role model for future generations.

MEET OUR PROGRAM DIRECTOR
She is passionate about amplifying and celebrating community stories which led her to create impact-driven programs within the sports and entertainment industry (New York Mets + New York Knicks). Now as a seasoned program director, she has had the ability to gain a strategic view into the multi-faceted organizations. Outside of her professional career, she is a former Division-I women's basketball athlete, health & wellness enthusiast and certified personal trainer. Certifications: ISSA CPT

MEET OUR CURRICULUM DESIGNER
Emmanuel currently holds over 15 years of experience as an educator. He is currently an Educator with the Department of Education where he focuses on implementing curriculum to create a positive learning environment for his students. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Emmanuel knows the borough well and currently lives in Midwood South with his wife and daughters. He received a B.A. in Political Science from CUNY Brooklyn College, and an M.A. in Childhood Education from Touro College.Emmanuel as holds his Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of New York where he has more than 7 years’ experience in the residential sector of Real Estate. In free time, he enjoys mentoring male youth, building their self-confidence by assisting them to see the way the world works and how they can successfully contribute to it.
