CUSTOM SUIT INITIATIVE
First impressions are lasting, and sometimes you only get one chance to make a meaningful impact. Founded by Martel Francois, this initiative teaches young men the art of custom suit construction and the importance of having a quality suit in their wardrobe. In our inaugural year, five young men from Research and Search High School were selected to design their own custom suits for graduation. Our goal is to provide each student with a timeless navy or charcoal grey suit, perfect for job interviews, internships, business meetings, and formal events. Ultimately, we aspire to equip every young man in our program with their own custom suit.
Program Case Study

During the visit, they connected with Fresco Wilson, Editorial Producer at Stadium Goods, and gained valuable insights into his career journey. Students also explored an exclusive sneaker collection and had the opportunity to ask questions about the buying and reselling process in the $55 billion global sneaker industry.
