First impressions are lasting impressions and sometimes in life one chance is all we get. Our Founder, Martel Francois, designed this initiative to teach our young men about how a custom suit is constructed and what it means to have a good suit within your wardrobe. During our inaugural year, five young men were selected from Research and Search High School to build their own custom suits for their high school graduation. Our goal is for our students to be equipped with one solid navy or charcoal grey suit which can be used for job interviews, internships, future business meetings and formal affairs. Ideally, we would love to equip each young man within our program with their own custom suit.
